Creamy Buffalo Dip

Ingredients:
- •2 lbs chicken breast
- •1 onion
- •2-3 jalapenos
- •4 cloves garlic
- •4 oz butter
- •8 oz sour cream
- •¾-1 cup Smile Farms Hot Sauce
- •1 tbs salt
- •1 tbs pepper
Instructions:
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat to coat the bottom.
- Add chicken to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes with a lid on.
- Flip the chicken and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes, then season with the remaining salt and pepper.
- Cover with the lid and continue cooking for 5-7 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (may take longer for thicker pieces).

For Buffalo Sauce:
- Add onions and jalapeños to a skillet and sauté for 2 minutes over medium heat.
- Add chopped garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
- Place butter and cream cheese in the microwave for 90 seconds to soften, then add to the skillet.
- Mix all ingredients, then add hot sauce. Stir well.
- Let simmer for 5 minutes.
Final Step:
- Combine shredded chicken with buffalo sauce.
- Top with mozzarella cheese, mix well, and serve.
